Vance Group executive Victoria systematically ignores her biological daughter Chloe's desperate pleas while showering affection on foster daughter Sienna. Unbeknownst to Victoria, Sienna is her husband's secret child and orchestrates a sadistic bullying campaign that includes driving steel needles through Chloe's fingertips. Dismissing the torture as mere tantrums, Victoria cuts off contact, driving Chloe to leap from a building. After Chloe briefly revives, Victoria's husband and Sienna murder her by removing her oxygen supply. Assistant Erik retrieves a USB drive proving the abuse, awakening Victoria to her complicity. She becomes an avenger, dismantling Sienna's network, extracting public confessions, and partnering with police to prosecute every perpetrator. Victoria founds the Chloe Anti-Bullying Foundation before taking her own life to reunite with her daughter.
