A fever strips Anna of her sense of taste, leaving her defenseless when Chloe hijacks every meal as a weapon. Ethan, her fiancé, does not intervene; he records Chloe forcing maggot-infested cheese into Anna's mouth at her birthday party, laughing as they label the sadism therapy. The abuse escalates through a revolting drinking game that shatters Anna's endurance.
