Nurse Camila wakes at 3:00 AM to find her daughter Tessa steering her through pitch-black corridors with impossible certainty. Tessa whispers she has already been killed by the beast stalking them, revealing she carries memories from a past life. The predator is a mutated chimpanzee that walks upright and thinks like a human, obsessed with a metal box Camila concealed. That box holds proof of illegal human genetic trials authorized by Camila's own mother. As the creature closes in, hospital director Tristan and a woman named Mara move to destroy the evidence, planning to use Tessa as leverage to force Camila's surrender.
