At an aristocratic academy, Kai rules a clandestine brotherhood that answers to no outside authority. Its centerpiece is the Vow, a ritual that anoints a single Chosen One and grants the leader absolute command over that person. Elena arrives on campus not as a student but as bought property, handed directly to Kai the moment she steps onto the grounds. The ceremony activates instantly, stripping her of autonomy and locking her to his will. Every hallway and classroom becomes an arena where dominance is law and resistance carries severe consequences.
